Matt Vucovich is an experienced consultant with MVP Advisory Group. He has experience as a project manager for large systems integration projects and business analysis.

Matt has worked as a systems analyst and project manager on a enterprise-level billing program. He has covered and managed a wide variety of project management duties, ranging from managing status reports, status calls, creating governance decks and testing. Matt’s project management experience includes facilitating a billing implementation planning workshop for a specialty lines insurance carrier, as well as assisting in estimate development, role descriptions, and implementation schedule.

Matt led an internal MVP project to review and improve operations, project planning, and methodology development for MVP Advisory Group. As the lead project manager for an MVP internal engagement, Matt and his team are analyzing all MVP Advisory Group back-office areas and processes for improvement. This includes, but is not limited to, financial and operational reporting, recruitment and on-boarding processes, HR services and resource deployment, and benefits management.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Benedictine University and has earned a Business Analysis Certification. Matt is well versed in using Rally and other project management tools.
