Phyllis Heleniak has over twenty years of experience building and scaling high performing sales and customer service organizations that get results quickly. She has a unique blend of start-up and corporate experience in building and scaling call centers in retail and virtual environments.
As a member of the management team at three life insurance companies and as a consultant since 2010, Phyllis has been responsible for developing teams by focusing on an inclusive culture built around KPIs, sales strategies and the effective use of technology to maximize efficiency and sales volumes.
Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Philosophy from Illinois State University and is licensed in Life/Health/Accident insurance.
