Robert has served insurers, brokers/agencies, MGAs and investors in the P&C and Life insurance industry in the US, Latin America and the EU for over 30 years. His specialties include growth strategy, product development and digital platforms, including developing the business cases for investments supporting major change programs. He has led many engagements in operations effectiveness and efficiency in agency/channel management, underwriting/pricing, customer service and claims.

 

He has served as a senior executive at carriers and as a partner at leading consultancies. He was the Chief Strategy Officer at CNA, a top 10 US P&C carrier, and at a mid-sized mutual life insurer. As a consultant, he started his career McKinsey, and was a Partner at Accenture and Oliver Wyman. Robert also founded two successful InsurTechs, one in the small commercial insurance sector and another in Workers Comp; and recently stood up a ‘greenfield' digital insurer in Latin America. 

 

Robert earned his BBA in Finance at the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management at Wharton.
