Russ Bostick has over 40 years of experience in the Life Insurance and Information Technology industries. He has held senior leadership role in technology and business operations for CNA, Corporate Software and the CNO Financial Group. Additionally, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Chase Insurance division of JP Morgan Chase & Company and was Chief Information Officer for Zurich Life U.S.

As a C-level executive, Russ led the creation of shared services IT and business operations divisions to consolidate back and front office services supporting multiple brands, products and distribution channels. He has developed and executed cost-effective, timely, platform and carve-out and market-entry strategies for IT infrastructure, policy administration, sales and service call centers, claims and agent care.

Today Russ is the co-founder and Life segment leader for MVP Advisory Group, a management consultancy focused on enabling small to mid-sized insurance carriers to improve their profitability and competitive standing.

 

Russ holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Wabash College and a Master's in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Chicago.
