Tony Viola is based in Toronto, Canada.  A management consultant and business architect, he specializes in policy administration for Life, Health and Annuity lines of business.  He has served as a business consultant, product manager and software strategist since 1985.  He is a multi-lingual professional, fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.  Since 2006, he has worked as an independent consultant, offering management consulting, business analysis and mentorship services to the global insurance software industry.  Mr. Viola has gained proficiency in core systems transformation by working with a wide range of back-office platforms including Ingenium, Inspro, Adminovate ForwardPAS, Elixir and SEG, among others.  He is a highly creative thinker with the ability to develop, sell and execute technology strategic plans as well as business systems solutions.
