Uday has over 35 years of experience in a variety of Technology roles. His experience includes senior management positions with global services, product, and consulting organizations. Uday has led the design and delivery of complex technology programs in property casualty, life and annuity lines of business across Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Prior to joining MVP and Davies, Uday was a strategic advisor to several early stage and startup companies; a vice president at Zinnia; a leading life and annuity TPA formerly known as SE2; the founder of an innovative IT sourcing advisory firm; and a global practice leader with several technology services firms. As part of these assignments, Uday has led multiple transformations, built new service lines, and stood up new teams, methodologies, and delivery processes. All along, Uday has always been a trusted advisor to senior business and technology executives. At MVP, Uday is the Practice Leader for Advanced Low Code Solutions where he and his team help insurers select, configure, and develop low code solutions that create value for insurers and brokers quickly and at a lower cost than is associated with traditional IT development.
