Assessment 

MVP will conduct face-to-face interviews at your location with primary digital stakeholders throughout the organization to gain key insights into your culture, governance, technology and business.

RFI 

MVP will facilitate the development of an RFI for the vendor selection process, focusing on company- specific requirements. Based on Assessment results, MVP will recommend a list of vendors to respond to the RFI.

Demonstration 

MVP will collaborate with your team to develop a demonstration agenda. Each vendor will be accountable to follow the same agenda, making it easier for your team to make apples-to-apples comparison. Demonstrations are scored and results compared to determine the best fit for your company’s needs.

Recommendation 

MVP will make final recommendation based on demonstration results.

Next Steps 

MVP will provide a list of proposed next steps such as vendor contracting, POC, light-house project, etc.
